How do I find my hat size?

When purchasing a new hat, it is important to be as accurate as possible with your head measurements to prevent getting a hat that is under or over-sized. You will need to measure your head using a fabric tape measure, or you can improvise using a piece of string and a ruler. What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final in store and online. NO EXCEPTIONS - we are a small bespoke company. If you do not know your exact hat size, please visit a pop-up shop or be measured by a professional hat maker.

What is my shipping fee? 

Flat rate fee of $25.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but hopefully soon!

Shipping rates and delivery expectations

Domestic shipping only. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you. Since every hat is made just for you, please allow 2-4 weeks from production to delivery for domestic US customers.

Damages

AED is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
