Domestic Shipping Only - All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you. Since every hat is made just for you, please allow 2-4 weeks from production to delivery for domestic US customers.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final in store and online.

NO EXCEPTIONS - we are a small bespoke company. If you do not know your exact hat size, please visit a pop-up shop or be measured by a professional hat maker - there are no exchanges or returns.
